Alice MUGENI

General Experience

Alice is the Senior Corporate Finance and Advisory Analyst at BK Capital Limited. She is responsible for the investments portfolio financial modelling, valuations, financial analysis reports and presentations to develop innovative and appropriate financial structures & decisions.

She is also part of team to provide financial advice and insight to BK Capital clients and stakeholders at every stage of a Corporate Finance and Advisory transactions throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from consideration of strategic options to transaction execution.

Before that Alice was an Assurance associate at PwC Rwanda Limited from 2020, prior to that Alice has worked as a finance and administration officer with other reputable institutions including Zorabots Africa and Qsourcing Rwanda.

Project Specific experience

Alice has participated as an Equity Analyst with CFA society East Africa challenge. Conducted detailed research on STANBIC Bank – Uganda securities and provided investment recommendations.
