Flora NSINGA

Flora NSINGA is the CEO of BK Foundation, which is part of BK Group. Flora joined the bank with around ten years of experience from the telecommunication industry. She oversaw the Bank’s strategic human resource restructuring, transforming it from a product-driven to a customer-focused structure.

Flora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from Kigali Institute of Science, Technology and Management (KIST) and a Master’s in Management, majoring in Leadership and Human Resources from Cambridge College Boston, Massachusetts – USA
